We wanted to share our passion with the masses in the best way that we knew how. Cooking. We began small with a modest hot food section and have now grown to include bakers who produce our handmade breads and butchers who provide and prepare the highest quality meats to create hearty, honest sandwiches for which we are known.

Eventually growing to become the official home of butchers, bakers & sandwich makers.

Opening in 2023 as a butcher with the goal of supplying our restaurants with meat that is both traceable and well-butchered. Green Street quickly became more than that. We built a community centred around a shared love for good food and nourishment that champions provenance.
