How to cook
Heat the oven to 160°C and line a tray with baking paper, leaving plenty of space between the cookies.
Bake from the fridge for 12 minutes, until golden at the edges but still soft in the middle.
Leave on the tray for 5 minutes to firm up. Always bake before eating.
