Our own Christmas stuffing, packed with cranberry, walnut and sage. Sweet, nutty and savoury all at once, and ready to slice and bake alongside the roast. Contains walnuts. 1lb tray.
How to cook
Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
Bake whole in its tray for 35 to 40 minutes, until crisp and caramelised on top.
Make sure it's piping hot all the way through (75°C in the centre).
