Handmade crackers from Fionagh Harding's bakehouse at Norton Barton, near Bude in north Cornwall. They're baked in small batches with Cornish buttermilk and oats, so they come out crisp, wholesome and just a touch sweet, which makes them a perfect match for a strong cheese. No artificial flavourings or preservatives.
How to enjoy
Serve with the cheeseboard. They're brilliant with our Stichelton, Marcel Petite Comté and St Jude.
Top with a slice of mature Cheddar and a spoonful of our Pear, Date & Ale Chutney.
Serve alongside our Pork Rillettes or a slice of Pâté en Croûte.
