Organic Jersey milk from Ivy House Farm, a family dairy in Beckington, near Frome. Their Jersey herd grazes clover-rich pasture, and the milk is pasteurised but never homogenised, so a thick line of cream rises to the top of the bottle. Rich, sweet and properly creamy, it's milk the way it used to taste. 750ml glass bottle.
How to enjoy
Give the bottle a gentle shake before pouring, or pour off the cream at the top for your coffee or porridge.
Brilliant in tea and coffee, on cereal, and in custards, rice puddings and white sauces.
